Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) by Cambridge

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) is an authorized hub for administering the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) across India. The TKT, an abbreviation for Teaching Knowledge Test, is an examination established by Cambridge. This exam evaluates candidates' fundamental teaching knowledge. The test consists of three core modules, each with its own test. Successful test- takers receive Cambridge English certificates. Each module exam contains 80 questions and spans 80 minutes. Candidates have the flexibility to take the tests together or separately, in their preferred order. All authorized TKT centers undergo scrutiny by members of Cambridge English Language Assessment to ensure compliance with their rigorous standards. The TKT is particularly suitable for those aspiring to become educators with limited or no familiarity with contemporary English teaching methodologies. Enrolling in the TKT can significantly enhance their teaching careers. Participants can register and complete multiple modules at their own pace, earning a Cambridge English certificate for each completed module.
