About the Course

The 4 days Learning & Development workshop training program aims to prepare trainees to conduct training sessions with the right procedure and deliver training effectively. The 4 days workshop has been designed to emphasize hands-on learning. The major focus of this program is to ensure trainees are –

  • Familiar with adult learning theory related to Training & Development.
  • Know how to design, develop, and conduct a training program with the use of necessary training aids and tools.
  • Well acquainted with the foundational knowledge of conducting a need analysis, developing learning objectives, and evaluating the outcome of training and development initiatives.
  • Competent to apply upgraded training techniques in handling participants along with implementing tools to meet a variety of learning styles.
  • Equipped to create a positive learning environment as well as manage classroom challenges.
  • Knowledgeable to use various effective training activities, lecture alternatives, outlining/meeting different learning needs, and conduct effective questioning sessions.
